The Map is for people aged 16 and over. By using it you agree to these terms.

What The Map is

The Map is a tool for reflecting on how you relate to the people you love, with small nightly exercises. It is for reflection, not therapy or diagnosis, and it does not replace professional help. If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust or a qualified professional.

Plans and payment

Lifetime is a single payment. Monthly renews each month until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us through the email on your Stripe receipt and we will make it right.

Refunds

If something is not working, contact us within 14 days through the email on your Stripe receipt and we will refund you. A refund ends access.

Two on one map

One payment covers you and one person you invite. The invite link works once. Their access rides on your payment, so it ends if your payment is refunded. Neither of you ever sees the other's answers or journal: only the dot on the map.

Your content

Your answers, cards and journal lines are yours. We use them only to run your map and your plan.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do. Last updated 22 September 2026.
